Bluetooth® Programming Now Available for Hydro-Guard® Flushing Systems
11/13/17 - Imagine creating and changing flush events without a handheld controller; the KR-BL Bluetooth® programming solution for Hydro-Guard® flushing systems makes it a reality. This technology is available for use on all Hydro-Guard Flushing models and allows operators to use a smart phone (iOS and Android) to manage up to 24 different flush events. It also enables users to conduct manual flushes or change programming – all from up to 30 feet away. Now utility personnel have full control from the comfort of their service trucks.

08/15/17 - While traffic lights and fire hydrants are used for different purposes, these two staples of daily life have a number of elements in common. In order to ensure public safety, they must both be in good repair. Additionally, they both rely on colors to convey important information. But while the general public knows what colors mean at a traffic light, it is typically only firefighters or water distribution personnel that know the meaning behind the colors of a fire hydrant. Introducing the H-306 Fabricated Steel Tapping Sleeve
06/12/17 - Mueller Co. has introduced a new H-306 fabricated steel tapping sleeve designed for hot tapping ductile iron pipe and thick-wall C900 plastic pipe. It is made from A36 fabricated steel and meets the requirements of AWWA C223. It features an integral bolt flange, Rilsan nylon coating, working pressures up to 300psi, and is available in 4”-16” sizes. The H-306 is an economical tapping sleeve ideally suited for use with Mueller® CL-12, C1-36, and Mega-Lite drilling machines in less corrosive soil environments. Technical Animation of Hydro-Guard® S.M.A.R.T. System Now Available
06/09/17 - A new technical animation demonstrates the operation of the Hydro-Guard S.M.A.R.T. Water Quality Monitoring & Flushing System, Mueller Co.’s latest cellular communication-based intelligent water technology. The S.M.A.R.T. system can be outfitted with a variety of water quality sensors, allowing the system to flush when disinfectant residuals or other water quality conditions exceed parameters set by the user. The technology conserves water and saves money when compared to conventional flushing and monitoring techniques. The S.M.A.R.T. system complies with EPA Stage II DBPR standards, installs easily, and integrates with existing SCADA networks and water quality analyzers. 05/25/17 - We continue working to improve our websites to ensure our customers have the information they need right at their fingertips. Recent feedback indicated a need for easier printing of product information. After exploring several options we have added printer functionality directly from each product page. A printer icon has been added to the upper right corner of each web page which will allow you to print the entire formatted page to either your local printer or to a PDF, if you have a PDF printer on your device. To date, this functionality has been enabled on Muellergas.com, USPVH.com, Joneswaterproducts.com, Henrypratt.com, Millikenvalve.com, and Hydrogate.com.
